West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday said that India is incomplete without all communities, religions, castes, creed and gender and asked the people to maintain the secular fabric of the country. He compared the country to the human body and said that on 6th December, in West Bengal, Ayodhya is celebrated in the form of "Treaty Dibas" to mark the demolition of the Babri Masjid.

Banerjee tweeted, "Today is 6th December. We see this in # Bangala as Sanhati Debas." He said, "Like a human body, there is incomplete without all organs, India is incomplete without all communities, religions, castes, creed and sex. Let us promise to keep India's secular clothes." On this day in 1992, in the 16th century, the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was destroyed by a large number of 'tax service' in Uttar Pradesh.
