The IndianOil Corporation (IOC) Limited has announced the launch of digital platform “EPIC” (E-Platform for IndianOil Customers) with an aim to enhance the quality of customers' experience.
The Chairman of IndianOil, B Ashok, said: “The impact of Project ‘EPIC' would transcend generations of IOCians. It would deepen IndianOil's engagement with millions of its customers and ensure that the Company continues to be India's preferred fuel retailer.”
The Company further maintains that this project will give IndianOil the first mover advantage. It envisages creating a 360-degree view of IndianOil's customers, integrating and customising marketing efforts across product lines, swifter response to customer service requests, it said.
The platform will also address grievances presenting a unified customer experience across various access devices: mobile phones, tablets and desktops, Bureaucracy Today has learnt.
