In the Bulandshahr of Uttar Pradesh, on December 3, intelligence reports of violence in the suspected Gokshi have emerged. In this case ADG has submitted its report to the state government. The report reveals the police's negligence. This report has detailed the development of violence in detail. According to the Intelligence report, these incidents took place at 9.30 on December 3, but the police delayed their arrival. After the information of Gokshi was sent to the CEO and SDM on the spot, the admission officers tried to stop the cattle troupe trawling along the way. But due to not being more force, people could not be stopped by jamming. When there was a ruckus in the crowd, the local officials knew about it.

It has been claimed in the report that if the police had reached at the time, the remains of cow dung could be stopped in Atrauli. It has also been said that violence took place only because of carrying cattle in the trolley. In fact, those who had filed FIR were demanded that they should be imposed on them. The police had accepted this demand but waited till the copy of FIR was found. And during this time there was violence. In the suspected Gokshi violence, police inspector Subodh Kumar Singh and local citizen Sumit were killed in Bulandshahr violence. Subodh Singh's family had met the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Thursday, the announcement of the help of Rs 50 lakh for his family from the UP government has been announced.
