The Twitter page of India Post has garnered immense appreciation from its customers, for addressing customers' grievances and complaints, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology today said.

The India Post started leveraging the potential of this channel few months back for making instant communication with its customers to address their complaints, Bureaucracy Today has learnt.

Through this social networking page –launched on August 2, 2016 –the India Post has handled around 31,000 tweets with 100 per cent resolution, the Ministry said in an official statement.
