The President of India has appointed four new Judges in Delhi High Court, the Government said.
Following are the names those have been approved as judges are Pratibha Singh, Rekha Palli, Naveen Chawla and C Hari Shankar.
Pratibha Singh is a leading IP lawyer. She has been involved in a number of high-profile IP litigations and also a recipient of the Best Woman IP Litigator in Asia by Euromoney Asia. She was designated Senior Advocate by the Delhi High Court in 2013, Bureaucracy Today has learnt.
Rekha Palli enrolled at the Bar in 1986. She was designated Senior Advocate in 2015.
Naveen Chawla was the Standing counsel of the Government of India in between 2001 to 2004. He focuses on telecom and broadcasting laws. He had joined the Bar in 1993.
And Shankar is a leading indirect tax and service lawyer.
