Once again, a new turn has come in the judge's case. With this case two judges have pulled out. Judge Sunil Shukre and judge SM Modek, who is hearing the case, has now refused to hear the case. After this decision of both the judges, the second bench of the High Court will now hear the case. In this case, advocate Satish Uke said that Judge BH Loya was killed by radioactive isotope poison. We have strong evidence of what the Government of Maharashtra did not present before the Supreme Court. Some officials of the state tried to erase those evidence. Apart from this, Satish demanded that there should be information about the entry and exit of the guest house which was lodged in Nagpur from Nagpur.

The lawyer, Satish, filed a petition in the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court, demanding police investigation of the judge's "suspicious and untimely death". Sohrabuddin Sheikh was hearing the alleged fake encounter case against senior IPS officers of Gujarat Lokya Gujarat and Rajasthan Police. Loya died in a hospital in Nagpur due to a heart attack in 2014. Satish filed a petition on Monday and requested the police officers concerned to investigate the death of Loya and direct the instructions to preserve the documents of the guest house of Nagpur. The petition has not been kept in the High Court for trial.
