The Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Faggan Singh Kulaste is on a three day visit to Bhutan from April 19-21, Bureaucracy Today has learnt.
The Minister is in Bhutan to attend the International Conference on Autism in Thimpu.
The Minister yesterday called on Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina who is also attending the International Conference.
The 3 days “International Conference on Autism and Neuro-developmental Disorders”, with the overall theme of developing effective and sustainable multi-sectoral programs for individuals, families and communities living with ASD and other neuro-developmental disorders, commenced on April 19 in Thimpu.
The conference is being attended by about 350 participants from around the world including senior government leaders, policymakers, experts and activists.
The Conference is hosted by the Ministry of Health, Royal Government of Bhutan, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Bangladesh.
