Accenture joined hands today with Docker for an expanded global alliance, and also announced its newly developed container services to its Accenture Cloud Factory, Bureaucracy Today has learnt.
This new service is said to accelerate the migration of business application to the Cloud Factory with container enablement of applications and feature use of Docker Datacenter for developers and IT operations to bring security, policy and controls to the software delivery lifecycle.
Issuing an official statement, it said, the move is supported by a global network of certified Accenture DevOps and cloud migration consultants. “The container enablement services help clients reduce risk and costs while speeding the migration of business-critical applications to cloud,” it added.
Finnish Railways (VR) is already said to be leveraging the Accenture Cloud Factory.
